Stepheny Minyard Joins APH Team as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance

APH is excited to welcome Stepheny Minyard as the new Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance. She brings eighteen years of professional experience and three years of executive experience to APH.

Stepheny is highly skilled at improving operations and impacting business growth. She is an expert in business planning and strategy, executive leadership, trend analysis, forecasting long-term and short-term financial data, developing both standard and ad-hoc reports for all levels of an organization, systems technology design and implementation, and employee development.

In her role, Stepheny is extensively involved in the areas of finance, strategy, and leadership at APH. She oversees budgetary planning; works collaboratively with the CEO, board of trustees, and executive leadership team to create long-term operating goals; participates in activities such as new product development, new venture business plan development, and expansion into international sales channels among other managerial and leadership responsibilities.

Stepheny is looking forward to helping APH look toward the future. She is excited to have “an opportunity to help continue to move APH forward on their Mission and work with an amazing and passionate team.”

Stepheny received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University and her MBA from Sullivan University. She lives locally and has four “fur babies,” two dogs and two cats.
